Provide direct ABA therapy at RCG Behavioral Health Network while teaching communication and daily living skills under Behavior Analyst supervision.
As an ABA Therapist, you will follow individualized treatment plans across center, home, school, or community settings. You will support clients’ social and play development while using positive reinforcement and replacement-skill teaching. The schedule includes full-time weekdays or part time weekday evenings.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct ABA therapy services according to treatment plans
Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Record behavioral data and complete required session documentation
Support caregiver training under Behavior Analyst direction




Follow safety and crisis management procedures
Requirements: At least 18 years old with high school diploma
Communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to follow clinical instructions and accept feedback
Willingness to complete screening, training, and competency requirements
Experience with children or young adults preferred
Bring respectful client support, accurate documentation, and positive reinforcement to individualized ABA therapy services at RCG.
