Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing and personal care in a senior living community. The position involves resident assessment, care oversight, family communication, and guidance for staff. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within RPN/LPN scope of practice
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Assess residents during admissions and status changes
Communicate regularly with residents and their families




Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
Good judgement and ability to identify risk
Ability to foster a positive work setting
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
Support Bradford Valley residents through nursing care, assessment, communication, and supervision as a Registered Practical Nurse.
