As a Senior Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, you will strengthen organizational capability and business performance. You will design practical solutions that improve performance and employee experience. Your work will support transformation, adoption, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to develop solutions supporting business priorities
Lead people-side change from planning through adoption
Assess impacts, risks, opportunities, and organizational needs
Develop strategies aligning leaders and engaging stakeholders




Embed new ways of working for sustained outcomes
Requirements: Seven or more years of progressive related experience
Knowledge of organizational development, design, and change management
Experience leading complex business or enterprise change initiatives
Solid consulting, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Post-secondary education in a related discipline
