Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct foot patrols and monitor CCTV systems
- Secure access points and maintain a visible safety presence
- Respond to alarms, breaches, damage, and hazards
- De-escalate incidents and conduct lawful detentions when required
- Write detailed incident reports for records or proceedings

Requirements:

- Valid BC Security Worker License
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Robust spoken and written English communication
- Ability to stand and walk during eight-hour shifts
- Confidence managing emergencies involving trauma or medical situations
