LandSea is hiring one Second Cook to support the First Cook on a 650-passenger Floatel. The position involves breakfast preparation, sanitation, inventory support, and timely kitchen service. Candidates need at least three years of cooking experience, British Columbia Food Safety certification, and industrial kitchen organization skills. Work averages 40 hours weekly, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare breakfast items according to recipes and company standards
- Present food attractively while meeting quality standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment




- Monitor inventory and report low supplies
- Assist First Cook with ordering and inventory counts

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of experience as a Cook
- British Columbia Food Safety certification throughout employment
- Comfort using kitchen equipment and knives
- Organizational and time management skills in industrial kitchens
- Ability to work night shifts and multiple rotations
