Intact’s Operation Performance Analytics team delivers insights supporting operational excellence, productivity, growth, and service quality across underwriting teams. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will define requirements, develop metrics, and support related analyses. The role requires data preparation, programming knowledge, and understanding of data pipelines and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define business requirements and develop relevant objective-aligned KPIs
- Prepare data and deliver robust, high-quality code
- Select metric-building approaches and formulate testable hypotheses




- Validate KPI accuracy, completeness, and reliability
- Provide technical support throughout metric development cycles

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience
- Three-plus years of relevant work experience
- Robust programming knowledge, including Python; SAS is an asset
- Understanding of data pipelines and workflows
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
