As a Security Supervisor, you will lead guards, maintain schedules, and support smooth security operations. The position requires customer service, team management, and clear instruction-following. You will also complete reports and manage access cards for the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of on-site security guards
- Manage and maintain the team’s daily schedule
- Ensure guards follow and understand updated instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily and incident reports

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ security and team management experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Valid Ontario security license
- WSIB-approved first aid certification
- Minimum high school diploma and Canadian work authorization
