Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
- Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
- Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support hourly staff
- Review costs, inventory, revenues, and accounting tasks

Requirements:

- Five years restaurant management experience within ten years
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent
- FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred
