Landmark Solutions Ltd. seeks a Civil Construction Project Manager for full time, permanent work leading projects from award through close-out. You will manage safety, cost, schedule, quality, productivity, contracts, and client relationships across bridges, water infrastructure, marine works, earthworks, and utilities. The position coordinates construction leaders, field teams, estimators, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects through award, execution, completion, and close-out
- Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, productivity, and project reporting
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and materials
- Manage risks, changes, claims, notices,



and commercial issues
- Maintain client relationships, records, drawings, and contract documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive construction experience
- Experience managing civil, infrastructure, industrial, or comparable projects
- Knowledge of civil construction methods, sequencing, equipment, and site execution
- Strong communication, organizational, financial, and commercial skills
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 licence and willingness to travel
