As RunReady’s Experience Coordinator, you will manage each client journey inside the upcoming Toronto studio. You will welcome guests, coordinate appointments, support footwear matching, and maintain a health-centered setting. The role combines client service, sales support, studio administration, and community relationship building.
Key Responsibilities: Host clients and provide welcoming studio experiences
Check appointments, offer tours, and address concerns
Lead footwear matching using RunReady Pro
Manage scheduling, billing, inquiries, and records
Collaborate on programs, promotions, and events
Requirements: One to two years customer-facing or sales experience
Passion for running and sharing knowledge
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Availability Tuesday through Saturday, forty hours onsite
Health, fitness, or retail experience is an asset
Support RunReady clients through footwear guidance, studio coordination, and authentic service conversations in Toronto.
