Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and identify their service needs
Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
Open, review, and close work orders
Follow up on repairs and communicate updates
Present estimates and explain proposed work
Requirements: At least one year in a similar role
Excellent customer service and computer skills
Basic mechanical knowledge considered an asset
Fluent spoken French and English considered an asset
Solid prioritization, tact, and attention to detail
Use customer service, scheduling, and repair coordination skills to support Laval customers throughout evening service operations.
