The Quantity Surveyor works with an Alberta-based, family-owned industrial contractor. Responsibilities include verifying completed construction FIWP, auditing work quantities, and maintaining project quantity records. The position supports construction planning, project controls, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Verify and record completed construction FIWP
Audit contractor work and total work quantities
Prepare daily LEM reporting timesheets
Create drawing-based quantity take-offs
Update progress, performance, and shift reports
Requirements: Three to five years of related industry experience
Relevant college, university, or engineering qualification
Robust quantity surveying process knowledge
Advanced construction estimating and drawing interpretation skills
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office experience
