UHN is seeking a Merchandising Technician for its Outpatient Pharmacy department. Working under the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator, you will order, receive, price, and merchandise prescription and non-prescription items. The position also supports technical pharmacy functions, promotions, returns, invoice reconciliation, and compression stocking sales. Communication with Pharmacy personnel and cross-functional duties are included.
Key Responsibilities: Order, receive, and price pharmacy merchandise for multiple sites
Perform merchandising and cashier functions




Organize promotions and coordinate stale-dated product returns
Package prescription deliveries and reconcile invoices
Fit compression stockings and coordinate related sales
Requirements: Grade 12 or recognized equivalent
One year related merchandising experience, preferably healthcare
Very positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, practices, and regulations
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are an asset
