To sustain this high standard of great food, service, and vibes, we are seeking sophisticated, dedicated hospitality professionals who want to elevate their careers and thrive within a highly supportive, top-tier team. **Employer:** TMT Investment Group Inc. o/a Kin Kao Thai Kitchen **Job Title:** Restaurant Manager **Terms of Employment:** Full-time, permanent **Work location:** 903 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5L 3W8 **Wage and benefit:** C$39.00/hr, based on 30-36 hrs/wk**Benefit:** 4% paid vacation **Education:** College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience **Language:** English**Job duties:** - Plan, organize, and control daily operations of the dining room, including opening and closing procedures- Communicate with the head chef to ensure consistent food quality, proper presentation, and adherence to traditional or contemporary Thai culinary standards- Oversee and manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for all FOH staff to ensure excellent service at Kin Kao Thai- Arrange staff work schedules and monitor staff performance- Address customer service issues,
