As a Personal Banking Associate, you will support customers with financial needs, including recent accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will build relationships, resolve banking problems, and guide customers toward appropriate staff members or internal partners. The role also supports frontline operations and accurate business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate banking contacts and solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions




Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and regulations
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Exercise sound judgement with confidential customer matters
Meet applicable CIRO registration requirements when required
Master another language besides French for designated customer support
Bring customer service, financial guidance, digital education, and sound judgement to TD Canada Trust customers in Hull.
