Acura of Oakville is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Service Advisor within Zanchin Automotive Group. This customer-facing position explains maintenance, communicates costs, and advises customers about vehicle care. You will coordinate appointments, repair updates, follow-ups, repair orders, and invoices while supporting service advisors and BDC.
Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline customer communications and service
Greet customers alongside service advisors and BDC
Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance importance
Contact customers regarding repair status and follow-ups
Accurately complete repair orders and invoices
Requirements: Proven sales or customer handling background
One year as Service Advisor or Sales Representative
Ability to sell vehicle maintenance
Experience with CDK, Reynolds, or other ERP systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
