Inside Sales Representatives in Winnipeg use customer service and sales skills to support Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies clients. This full time position serves customers by telephone, in person, and electronically.
Represent Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies while supporting customer satisfaction and daily sales functions. You will enter orders, maintain customer information, answer product inquiries, and contact customers about products and services. The work also includes coordinating with Territory Managers and product supply functions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service and ensure customer needs are met
Enter orders promptly and communicate information to personnel
Maintain accurate customer databases and update information
Promote products through outbound customer calls
Make hoses, including hydraulic hoses
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Currently living in the Winnipeg area
