As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships and address financial needs. You will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions, support frontline transactions, and resolve problems. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice, service transactions, and customer problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions

Recommend branch process improvements for customer experience
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Robust communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Use customer experience, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to support TD Canada Trust clients in Red Deer.
