Serve electrical customers from Nedco’s Peterborough branch using phone, email, quotations, and product knowledge. This is a full-time, customer-focused sales position.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will service customers, process orders, and support quotations for electrical distribution products. Your work includes confirming inventory, suggesting alternatives, following up on quotes, and assisting with ecommerce inquiries. Nedco offers one-stop shopping across communications, wire and cable, lighting, data, home integration, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service customers daily through phone and email
- Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
- Confirm stock availability and suggest suitable alternatives
- Follow up with customers on quotations




- Make outbound calls and assist ecommerce inquiries

Requirements:

- Minimum two years inside sales or customer service experience
- Effective communication and customer relationship-building abilities
- Robust multitasking and time management skills
- Computer literacy and electrical business product knowledge
- AS400, apprenticeship, or electrical distributor experience is advantageous
