Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will provide excellent care to a diverse inpatient population. You will work on 3B and 3C as departmental needs require. The position emphasizes mental health nursing principles, patient assessments, teaching, and therapeutic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent care to a diverse inpatient population
- Work on 3B and 3C as departmental needs require
- Promote mental health through therapeutic relationships
- Complete patient teaching and patient assessments
- Work independently within a Total Patient Care modality

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- Two years of current psychiatric mental health nursing experience
- CPI certification or completion within six months
- Knowledge of mental disorders and nursing interventions
