This full time Premium Seating Sales Manager leads sales, marketing, and guest experience delivery for the Premium Seating and Restaurants portfolio. The role serves corporate, group, and general consumers while supporting revenue growth throughout the 10-day Calgary Stampede. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client fulfillment, customer databases, sales reporting, and coordination with Food & Beverage, Ticketing, Finance, and Guest Services. The role also supports teamwork, partnership development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Market and sell premium seating venues to targeted prospective clients
Manage client purchases, contracts, billing, tickets,



and special requests
Coordinate pre-event details across five premium hosting venues
Develop sales reports, customer databases, and revenue growth plans
Support clients and internal departments at Stampede Park
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or associate degree
Three to five years of high-margin sales experience
Venue management or hospitality experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Bring premium sales, hospitality management, and customer service expertise to Calgary Stampede venues and guest experiences.
