As a Winter Services Crew Member, you will support snow management across commercial, residential, and public properties. Your work includes operating snow blowers, sweepers, ice chippers, and spreaders while meeting site access standards. You will also use mobile applications for logging and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Shovel snow and apply de-icing agents
Operate snow blowers, sweepers, chippers, and spreaders
Clear sidewalks, walkways, and designated access points
Inspect, clean, secure, and maintain equipment
Complete safety logs and mobile site reporting
Requirements: Snow removal or outdoor labour experience is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter conditions
Flexible availability for long or on-call hours
Strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols
