This Development Officer, Corporate Donations position reports to the Senior Manager, Grants & Corporate Donations. You will manage existing and prospective corporate donors, focusing on donations of at least $25,000. The work combines business development, pipeline management, relationship cultivation, stewardship, and quarterly reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate donors to renew support and generate revenue
Own opportunities from qualification through stewardship
Analyze targets, trends, retention, acquisition, and engagement
Develop customized investment opportunities for corporate donors




Track deliverables, recognition, and benefit fulfillment
Requirements: Five years of fundraising, corporate donations, or business development experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent qualified and lived experience
CFRE designation or progress toward designation is an asset
Postgraduate fundraising certificate is an asset
Ability to work hybrid, including two office days weekly
Use corporate fundraising, revenue analysis, and stewardship skills to grow sustainable donor relationships for LOFT in Toronto.
