As Clinical Resource Nurse and Charge Nurse, you provide daily supervision and clinical direction within the Acute unit. You coordinate patient care, support interdisciplinary practice, and contribute to staff assessment with the manager. The assignment also includes direct nursing care and clinical education.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate prioritized patient care activities with the healthcare team
Provide clinical leadership and daily supervision to nursing staff
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate documented nursing care
Coordinate staff assignments and maintain patient status awareness




Orient staff and students while supporting clinical education
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing education program
Current valuable-standing registration with CLPNM
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support training under Prairie Mountain Health policy
Minimum three years’ recent related nursing experience within five years
Class 5 licence, personal vehicle, and Microsoft program proficiency
