As a Business Analyst on Stantec’s Business Process Management team, you will report to the Manager, Business Analysis for Employment & Talent Management. You will translate stakeholder needs into system solutions through workshops, process modeling, requirements elicitation, testing, and change management support.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Analyze processes, pain-points, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Conduct workshops and capture detailed business requirements
Refine solutions and demonstrate system functions




Facilitate user acceptance testing and resolve issues
Requirements: Post-secondary degree related to Business or Management Information Systems
Minimum three years of related experience
Solid communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office preferred
Ability to work across countries and time zones
