The Route Trainee supports daily operations while preparing to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative role. You will participate in the Service Certificate Program, assist with route trucks, deliver garments and products, and provide route coverage. The work requires customer service, route efficiency, communication, and protected driving.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in UniFirst's Service Certificate Program
Load and unload route trucks accurately
Deliver clean garments and products to customers
Return soiled items after customer stops
Provide route coverage during RSR absences
Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or CAEC
Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
Customer service and teamwork skills
Develop route service, customer care, and delivery capabilities through UniFirst Canada’s structured training in Edmonton.
