As a Recruiter, you will build talent pipelines ahead of demand and convert qualified candidates for critical roles. You will partner with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities. Your work will combine talent mapping, market intelligence, targeted outreach, and candidate assessment.
Key Responsibilities: Engage external talent markets and build candidate relationships
Develop sourcing strategies for craft and salaried positions
Manage recruitment from intake through offer and hire
Maintain talent pools for current and future hiring demand




Record recruitment activity and compliance documentation in Workday
Requirements: Four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience hiring skilled trades and salaried talent
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing
Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Hybrid availability, with up to three office days weekly
Bring sourcing expertise, market insight, and recruitment ownership to Ledcor’s talent pipelines and hiring plans in Calgary.
