The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in growing the business and delivering Saje’s service ethos. This people-centric leader balances operational execution with productivity and profitability, develops Team Members, and builds community connections. The position emphasizes consistent experiences, intentional recommendations, and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities: Generate results across revenue, comp growth, AVS, and IPT
Equip Team Members with product knowledge for recommendations
Create a succession strategy and administer performance reviews
Lead community outreach with a proactive,



innovative approach
Inspire teams through coaching, collaboration, and core values
Requirements: Retail expertise delivering experiences to Community Members
Proven success metrics and a demonstrated growth story
Entrepreneurial relationship-building and community connector mindset
Comfort working in a scented workplace
