Ponderosa Lodge needs an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for permanent part-time nights, supporting medication administration and patient care.
Located in downtown Kamloops, Ponderosa Lodge is part of Interior Health’s long-term care team. This Licensed Practical Nurse position provides personal and nursing care while working with a multidisciplinary team. The schedule is rotating nights, from 23:00 to 07:00 hours.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal and nursing care to patients
Complete assessments within applicable practice scope
Plan and implement patient care
Administer oral and injectable medications
Apply organizational policies and unit protocols
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse designation
Experienced nursing skilled
Reliable, flexible, and motivated approach
Availability for permanent part-time employment
Ability to work rotating overnight shifts
Support patient care at Ponderosa Lodge through reliable night nursing, medication administration, assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
