This manager coordinates parts required for scheduled preventive maintenance, including HVAC filter replacements. Responsibilities span purchasing, receipt, storage, kitting, expected delivery dates, and Non-Material Issue resolution. You will also maintain inventory records, identify duplicate Material Masters, and collaborate with Reliability Engineering on improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure parts availability for scheduled preventive maintenance activities
Coordinate timely ordering and communicate expected delivery dates
Source, purchase, receive, store, and kit spare parts
Support resolution of Non-Material Issues and supply disruptions
Partner with Reliability Engineering on process improvements and cost savings
Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, science, engineering, or related field
Three to five years’ experience in inventory management or related work
Warehouse or distribution center experience
Knowledge of MRP and CMMS applications
CPIM or CPSM certification preferred
Bring preventive maintenance supply coordination, purchasing, and CMMS knowledge to Sanofi’s spare parts management activities.
