QFG is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Trade Support Specialist to own complex trade inquiries and drive first-contact resolution. You will manage the client journey for equities, options, FX, and more, collaborating with risk, back office and technology teams.

The role requires English/French fluency, a related post-secondary degree, and at least 1 year of financial services contact center experience. Hybrid schedule with in-office days.
