and contractual issuesCoaching, engaging, and developing a team of project managersPlanning resource growth with approximately two additions per year and optimizing allocationMonitoring financial performance and KPIs and producing reports for managementFostering continuous improvement and PMO maturity within Creaform EngineeringTo help you succeed as a Project Management Office Manager in Lévis or Laval:Eight or more years of experience in project management, ideally in NPI or automationProven experience in team managementPMP certification or equivalent considered a robust assetExperience with multidisciplinary projects including machinery and prototypesBilingual in French and English in an international contextStrong communication, negotiation, and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.
