Activate is hiring a social, energetic Game Facilitator to welcome customers, manage check-in, and keep gameplay moving in Winnipeg.

This permanent, part-time position supports customers at Activate’s Winnipeg (East) store on Nairn Avenue. The work combines game facilitation, customer service, transactions, and facility care. You will greet visitors, issue wristbands and receipts, answer inquiries, and participate in games when needed for excellent experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet customers entering or leaving the establishment
- Process cash, debit, credit, and gift card transactions
- Issue receipts and wristbands during check-in
- Answer customer inquiries or involve a leader
- Participate in games when needed for customers

Requirements:

- Qualified conduct in thought, language, and action
- Energetic, friendly, outgoing approach with customers
- Ability to command attention in a crowd
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Various shift availability from 8 am to 1 am
