Maintain clean, safe senior living spaces as a Casual Housekeeper at Selkirk Seniors Village in Victoria, with weekend availability required.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager or designate, this Housekeeper completes routine and rotation cleaning throughout the community. Duties support sanitation, cleanliness, infection control, and a safe setting for residents, families, and staff. The position requires English proficiency and safe equipment use.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean building areas and resident suites through routine rotations
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and wash floors, walls, windows, and doors
- Change beds, clean appliances, and manage curtains and coverings
- Remove garbage, complete terminal suite cleaning, and replenish supplies




- Report concerns, maintain carts, and follow emergency procedures

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
- WHMIS Certificate and applicable First Aid Certificate
- Proficient English reading, writing, speaking, and instruction comprehension
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Successful vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
