Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard to support clients, staff, and the public through safety-focused service. You will identify policy breaches, respond to alarms, and document incidents accurately. Communication, de-escalation, and basic first aid are central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct proactive patrols and report security concerns
- Respond to alarms, hazards, and emergencies
- De-escalate situations and liaise with emergency personnel
- Assist with crowd control and trespassing issues
- Write incident, shift, and emergency reports

Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia Security License
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, qualified focus during stressful situations
- Ability to walk up to 18–20 kilometres per shift
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
