This Customer Service Representative role is central to greeting members, supporting potential members, and helping maintain a clean, safe environment. You will answer calls, check in members, explain memberships and services, and resolve questions or concerns. The role also includes Fit-Fix Starter sessions and support with fitness equipment questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and potential members warmly upon arrival
- Check members in for workouts and direct visitors
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve member questions, concerns, and information updates
- Complete cleaning tasks and Fit-Fix Starter sessions
Requirements:
- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months
- Knowledge of the fitness industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
