Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse (ONA) for the Adult Diabetes Education Centre at WRHN Midtown. The nurse will provide inpatient diabetes education, clinical monitoring, and support education for outpatient diabetes patients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve glycemic control, patient self-management, and discharge planning at WRHN Midtown.
