Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily in office operations at our multi-family communities in Courtenay.

You will handle rent collections, process leasing applications, and strive for top-tier tenant satisfaction. You will work with the leasing team to meet vacancy goals, coordinate move-ins/outs, schedule inspections, recommend repairs, and contribute ideas to improve operations.
