Provide patient-centred nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse Operating Room Technician at Provost Health Centre in regular part-time work. Apply critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making within an interprofessional team.

This Licensed Practical Nurse position serves the Operating Room, Emergency, and Acute Care programs. You will use nursing processes and demonstrated skills while following applicable legislation, standards, policies, and procedures. The role supports safe, high-quality care for patients and families.

Requirements:

- Complete an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
- Hold active or eligible Alberta practical nurse registration
- Maintain a current Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate
- Hold a Peri-operative Certificate for operating room practice
- Have one to two years of operating room experience preferred
