Support Interior Health’s M365 environment as an Intermediate Analyst in Kelowna, developing robust administration and technical support expertise. This is a full time permanent position.

The M365 Intermediate Analyst develops, installs, configures, tests, maintains, and supports Microsoft 365 tools and integrations. The position also provides end-user training while following established policies, procedures, and standards. You will contribute to ongoing service development and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer M365 tools through incident and request ticket completion
- Maintain and monitor M365 services, settings, policies, and groups
- Support senior analysts with technical work packages and implementations
- Protect information through retention, backup,



and recovery capabilities
- Implement Microsoft functionality and evaluate new tools

Requirements:

- Recognized Computer Science diploma graduation
- Two years of recent related experience, or equivalent preparation
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to organize work and operate related equipment
- Ability to write programs in varied programming languages
