As part of Tangerine’s Fraud Operations Team in Canada, you will investigate activity across products and assess fraud-tool alerts. You will analyze accounts and transactions, contact customers, and help minimize financial loss. The work supports fraud strategy, governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Solid communication and problem-resolution skills are central to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in financial services

- Availability for non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
