You will provide empathetic customer service during stressful patient situations. The work includes venipuncture, specimen handling, ECGs, Holter hookups, and specialized collections. Key Responsibilities: Process blood samples and other laboratory specimens
Enter patient, test, requisition, and results information accurately
Obtain quality specimens through skilled venipuncture techniques

Prepare specimens and documentation for laboratory transportation
Requirements: Secondary School completion and Laboratory Assistant training
Specialized phlebotomy training through a Medical Lab Assistance course
MLPAO or CSMLS certification strongly recommended
Customer-focused approach with genuine patient care
Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and proficient in English
