About the job We’re building Ontario’s most striking boutique hotel stays, designed for proper days off. Two properties open today, Calabogie and Collingwood, with one to two more opening every year. Our hotels are the kind of places your days off deserve. An inn in town. A house on the lake. A country estate. All built on the same belief: here, rest and connection are intentionally woven into every corner and moment. A deep exhale kind of place that’s grounded, thoughtful, and in sync with the local rhythm. Somewhere you’re proud to have found.

Maintaining quality standards
Upholding all health, safety and security procedures
Cleaning all room and common areas by following detailed checklists
Answering housekeeping-related guest requests
Adjusting room furniture where necessary
Checking rooms for items needing repair and reporting back to management
Preparing linens for pick-up and organizing linens once delivered
Restocking in-room amenities

You are Approachable, thoughtful and fun. You love to let your personality shine. You are comfortable interacting with guests. An inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and fosters community
What to expect from the interview process Part 1: Phone Interview. We will ask you situational questions to understand how you would approach various scenarios. For example: what would you do if 3 guests all asked you for more towels at the same time?
Part 2: In-person interview. Come clean for us for 1 hour. We want to see you follow our cleaning checklist and how thorough you are with cleaning.
We believe hospitality should be for everyone - and that starts with our team. We’re a Rainbow Registered business, which means we’re committed to creating a workplace and guest experience that is safe, accepting, and welcoming to all.
