As a Care Support Assistant, you will work on Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team. This permanent full time day assignment runs from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Support residents and families through care, activities, meals, transfers, and household routines.
Key Responsibilities: Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Support resident admissions, orientations, and transfers as directed
Transport residents to dining, activities, rooms, and health office
Support Care Community event attendance and engagement
Make beds, organize closets, and transport personal laundry
Requirements: High school diploma
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors
Effective verbal and written English communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid permit
Use your communication, organization, and resident-support abilities to help create a warm, safe home at Sienna Senior Living.
