As a Financial Services Representative, you will meet clients, understand their goals, and recommend suitable products and solutions. You will support client experience through informed service, financial planning, and digital banking guidance. This regular, full-time position includes 37.5 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities: Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
Provide tailored advice and forward-looking financial plans
Recommend cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions




Build relationships through marketing and community outreach
Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements: Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
One year of client and sales results experience
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
Bring client service, financial products knowledge, and digital literacy to CIBC’s Ladner banking centre team.
