This IT Recruitment Partner role supports the growing IT Staffing Division. You will recruit qualified mid-to-senior IT professionals across diverse industries, including the Broader Public Sector. The work combines sourcing, screening, candidate advising, and relationship development. Robust phone, in-person, and written recruitment skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with mid-to-senior IT job seekers across Canada
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
Conduct high-volume phone screens and virtual interviews
Attend career fairs, networking events,



and contractor socials
Build candidate pipelines and generate recruitment leads
Requirements: Three or more years of IT recruitment experience
Agency recruitment experience preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
French bilingualism considered a strong asset
References and criminal record check required
