Thermal Systems KWC is seeking a creative, motivated assistant for fixed-term maternity leave coverage. This position focuses on frequent social media content creation, campaign implementation, and promotional communications. You will work with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and marketing software.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule posts for five social media platforms
Create and publish content promoting products, news, and projects
Assist with campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or MailerLite
Design engaging content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Implement marketing campaigns promoting company services
Requirements: Proficient copywriting skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing software
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools
Ability to proactively create and execute plans
Knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Ads, CRM tools, and analytics
Bring social media planning, campaign support, copywriting, and content creation skills to Thermal Systems KWC through January 2028.
