Registered Nurses provide resident assessment, care planning, medication administration, and skilled procedures at Sienna Senior Living in Stouffville, Ontario.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse supports seniors through excellent nursing and personal care. The work includes assessing physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs. It also involves documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, resident communication, and care-plan evaluation.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and plan resident nursing care and services
Deliver skilled procedures and administer medications
Document care according to standards and requirements
Collaborate with residents and substitute decision makers




Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences
Requirements: BScN, BN, or equivalent nursing education
Current Registered Nurse registration with the applicable provincial college
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
