Landmark Solutions Ltd. seeks a Civil Construction Estimator with at least three years of construction estimating experience. You will support bids, budgeting, and pre-construction planning across bridges, water infrastructure, marine works, earthworks, and related civil projects. Practical construction expertise is central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review drawings, specifications, tenders, and addenda for estimating requirements
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed project cost estimates
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, gaps, exclusions, and risks
- Develop bid strategies, assumptions, contingencies,



and clarifications
- Prepare tender pricing and support estimate handover

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of construction estimating experience
- Knowledge of civil methods, sequencing, equipment, crews, and constructability
- Estimating software competence; HeavyBid experience is an asset
- Robust Microsoft Office, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
