The Functional Nutrition & Clinical Education Specialist bridges clinical excellence and brand engagement. You will manage practitioner communications, educate staff and contractors, and create clear resources. The work includes protocol alignment, reaction triage, quality auditing, and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee practitioner communications and supplement recommendations
- Lead product and protocol education initiatives
- Triage reactions and document clinical escalations
- Develop alerts, manuals, presentations, and procedural guides
- Teach procedural methods through speaking and social media
Requirements:
- Certification in Functional Nutrition, Naturopathy, or Holistic Nutrition
- Strong public speaking and video presentation capabilities
- Self-starter able to manage workflows autonomously
- Meticulous clinical documentation and auditing attention
- HTMA interpretation experience is an asset
